So I decided that I would give myself a year, maybe sooner, to change my life. I want a full life. These are the things that I will be working on:
- I will read more and watch less television. I plan a book a month.
- I will be more active. This means stopping my sedentary lifestyle.
- I will make better food choices.
- I will write more. I have a Creative Writing degree gathering dust.
- I will meditate a few times a week.
- I will read my Bible.
- For every canned soda I drink, I will drink three glasses of water.
- I will be honest to myself and others.
I am about 5'9" and weigh 312 pounds.I believe in my heart that if I work on these things every day then in a year I can be 100 pounds lighter and emotionally a stranger to myself.
It is time for a change so today I choose life!
